I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It's construction company which is best for only experience people but not for highly educated people. Here 10 th fail are getting much more salary than a master degree

Working hours is very high, it's purely construction site job, there is no holiday no sunday off, each and every day is working day which is 8 am to 10 pm. Irregular salary payment system of delaying 4-6 months at end time of project
