Allover company it's fair. Payout kaam hai . 12hr only 400/- ( fireman) Hr division are fully attitude Safety policy and culture are not good because of safety ast manager communication skills 3rd class.. to staff and workers , fireman ...! And i think he not competitive person too grow company safety culture.. because of he never take safety round.. sometimes he take round and collect observation bt not completed. Batter company take competitve person! And major think of my point of view fire naver growt in this company. And last think! Supervisor behaviour not good.. If possible to check safety department re verification documents !...Read More
