I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It's amazing working with AyanWorks. Here they encourage to work on niche technologies and take up challenges. Co-founders themselves are hands on, techno freak and motivating. Being a startup culture is amazing. They work on human values and morals, not just typical corporate culture.
