1. Good start for freshers, if you are looking for initial career advice or even internship. 2. Good work culture with limited number of employees. 3. Good infrastructure. 4. Good company policies and management. 5. Good to set up a career for 1 or 2 years.

1. Overall skill development and learning is limited. 2. Career growth and opportunities are limited due to limited skill development at work. 3. Job security, accounts management and appraisals are not up to the mark. Appraisals are not scheduled on a timely basis.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
