appraisal is generally delayed by 3-4 months or more. internal shuffling across teams and other projects can happen overnight! only 7 days on-site relocation assistance is given after that individual has to manage on it's own. No proper higher management HR policies are in favour to higher management. Senior employees i.e Asst. Technical Managers are diploma candidates and don't know how to work & behave in team. They don't know single terminology about the Aerospace domain. Sales department should not be the reporting managers to technical domain employees. It's not company it is like a school. You feel like you are in school. The company is good for freshers but they mostly not hire for freshers.

They select you saying there will be more work, actually there will be no work. What you have learnt you will forget that, you will be full idle. If you are more than 3 months on bench they will remove you telling you don't have skill and all.
