Dislikes

Salary variations are too vast. Credit policies are poor and out of market competition. No job security. Pressure only on sales but credit is very stubborn and there is no pressure on credit for number and volune of business. Appraisal and promotion are rare.

There is always a lot of pressure to keep hitting new milestones. You could be over achieving the targets but still might get an earful to perform better

They have only good thing that they are using name of big brand of AXIS

Poor management they work like a proprietorship firm only dominated by supervisors for doing unfair practices. Weakest Senior Management as well as weakest HR. Inspite escalated many issues to HR but they even not bother to call back and discuss. No compliance and policy only supervisor dominates the work culture according to him only.

There is nothing tobloke about Axis finance as there is no life balance at all. Even if you want to leave for some work you need to discuss it multiple time with multiple seniors
