No proper training No work timing it's 24 *7 Way too much pressure more than you can handle No proper increment Salary way too low The company only cares about profit no value for employee space and life There is 2 years bond so for 2 years you are trapped, never ever sign the bond they will ask to submit your certificates No facilities like PF ,insurance or anything They do adjustments in all employee benefits to cut the cost The company doesn't have any growth Have to take care of the AMC's in which they will take all the brands and doesn't even convey or support engineer properly The site allowance is way too low when compared to the competition companies. There is not even leave on public holidays. Just a money minded company that doesn't care about the employees and their personal life It's a certified "TOXIC PLACE TO WORK". I don't even understand why Axim want to suck the life of their engineers already they are keeping the engineers as dogs and forcing them to work for 2 years at this low salary and showing attitude like they are giving a huge salary. Better than joining this company you go for a skydiving without parachute "IF THERE IS 1000 WORST COMPANIES IN THE WORLD THEN AXIM IS ONE AMONG THEM, IF THERE IS 100 WORST COMPANIES IN THE WORLD THEN AXIM IS ONE AMONG THEM, IF THERE IS 0 WORST COMPANIES IN THE WORLD THEN THAT MEANS AXIM HAS BEEN CLOSED PERMANENTLY" Final verdict You will be socially isolated ,will become a workaholic , work will there on Saturdays and Sundays some time , no good salary , no benefits.
