Unnecessary work pressure is created by manager no personal life,min 12 hr working,no food,no snacks,no OT,no leave, week off also not fix, unnecessary cost cutting , if probelm arises impose on downline. All cargo is very good organization but avvashya need to see by HR to employees and take care. Here Required to show management I m workings only, fruitful result not required.
