Working environment is good and good platform to learn and explore our knowledge and experience, Management is ready to accept system gap and ready to work on it, respect and support for new ideas of innovation and guide accordingly to proceed further.

Politics is a seed of learning in New cultural, it makes you toughen yourself in adverse situation. It's the best place to learn, grow with variety of people and makes you learn to survive in adverse circumstances.

Work Details

It's good - In everyday food, species are required, same way in working culture getting new projects, new endeavor, new learnings makes life busy but it's good to learn and enjoy.

It is a fairly challenging workplace where there is very less micromanaging and a lot of independence is given to junior executives to work

Dislikes

The performance evaluation and monitoring of different employees needs improvement. People who are working hard and the one's who are only coasting through need to be identified. There is no reward for going out of the way to serve interest of organisation ( Not to be confused with making the manager happy) and no punishment for forging data to falsify performance, which happens a lot.

Direct involvement of top people in bottom most activity was a major concern . Asking hard questions to any one was not accepted by majority of people .
