It is a fairly challenging workplace where there is very less micromanaging and a lot of independence is given to junior executives to work

Dislikes

The performance evaluation and monitoring of different employees needs improvement. People who are working hard and the one's who are only coasting through need to be identified. There is no reward for going out of the way to serve interest of organisation ( Not to be confused with making the manager happy) and no punishment for forging data to falsify performance, which happens a lot.

It is vastly different for different roles. Recently an alternate Saturday off has been introduced.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
