Teammates very supportive of all workers or staff, security always defined own responsibility, salary was comfortable, work environment for all Friendly, in end very suitable, confirm table for me

Work Details

Entered of Sale, purchase bill, journal. Payment, receipt, bank entries etc. dispatch, documentation's of excise returns, preparing base of sale tax return, excise return and service tax return, taking of cash responsibility of many times

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
