Excellent professional working environment. Good salary payouts. Good employees benefits.

Dislikes

Office politics by some low profile colleges.

Work Details

Overall experience is great. Owner is very much cooperative. Open discussion helps to share the experience which helps in new projects.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country, International Travel.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
