The job is quit interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning because I'm came from different industry. I learnt everything on the job. And it's helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

After promoted as senior associate operation i am taking care the part of payment,new appointment and their order,report making,coordinate with logistic team as well as warehouse team for making report and other activity to take help of teammates, our coordination is excellent as we are working like a team and i like very much when company sent me to siliguri by air to attend an event where my role is new appoint processing and their order with coordinate with HO team as well as it team and that was fantastic moment and i enjoy very much as because only i was selected from team....Read More

the most dislike part is no job security are there that is disappoint us time to time but our salary is good and got timely and the most positive part is that we can learn lots from logistic,warehouse,supply chain and operation that we are getting under a roof.
