I really the work environment. Also the sports activities. Thanks to Souvik Sir, our CEO, he is always admire his team to do smart work.

Dislikes

Sometimes we had to work on Saturday and Sunday due extra pressure. Frankly speaking it's not that much an issue while getting a good salary.

Mainly my job is here to take an understanding the project work from client and discuss with team to deliver on time.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
