They hire and give you to the germany team. They hire and keep on trial for 6 month and then fire. Even Hr department support to manager decision. Job security is zero.

I feel strictly "NO" for EHS Employees.....for every safety violation which in no means are in controls of safety personal on customer premises you will hear "What is safety officer doing there - I don't want him in company" and safety management is helpless. indeed job security is low for safety professionals.

No work life balance, have to work daily 12-14 hours, even though on Saturday you have to work. In this company 2 Department are very worst Department one is Solution Department and another is engineering Department, In this company has total 30 EL or PL but only for showcase, you can't take.
