Keeping employees indoors and allowing employees to work from home during covid 19 situation and company is surviving in such a hard time is a big achievement.Work culture of the company is nice.I love working with Avanti learning centres pvt. ltd.

Training part is not very encouraging.

My work as a center manager is to look after the upkeep of center ,managing day to day activities,my passion is to interact with my students resolving their issues in time, coordinating with Faculties and acting as a bridge between students and faculties.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Seniors are supportive. There is a fundamental process for everything. Time flexibility. Leaves are approved on time. Cultural activities and fests celebrations.

Dislikes

Initially, the work culture was free of politics but now people are involved in huge politics. People, who are doing less try to show that they are doing more than anyone else and if the organisation is working because of them only. Managers take leaves as much as they want and but star t crying when you ask for yours....Read More

The best part about working with Avanti is work culture. There is no match to that. There is no boss culture here. You get to experiment a lot of things if you feel they are good for company. Both the founders are amazing.

Dislikes

1. Directionless - Few people at higher positions are not doing their job properly as a result of which the organisation is suffering a lot. 2. Job security - Due to cash crunch, In recent days, job insecurity has increased a lot. 3. Growth - As you generally don't get very good kids academically, also there is not very much of tech in classes at center. So, growth is something which gets compromised as people get comfortable here. Less work, more free time....Read More
