My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited is only good for learning for freshers, not fpr anything else

After completion of Masters, QC's are getting 10k to 15k per month with no increment and promotion. QCs are treated like workers and even Worker's salary level is same like QCs. Even there is a bond for 2 years and QCs have to submit all of their original documents. If any emergency occurs in between, they are not ready to return those documents and work life balance is very poor.
