I have never seen any bad company like Avana - Its not treating every employee as equal here if you belong from southern states you will get preferences also its one of the poorest company in terms of corporate culture - here if you can oil you can grow - best example is Ambrish Ray who consistently do oiling to Mr. CM Murlidharan and he is growing - HR has no role and independent view always do buttering...Read More

At Avana you are not free to think openly and you have to thinks as your manager wants you think - this is a private company and you have no security of job if you do buttering you will be secured in your job - Promising and deserving candidates do not stay here for long

Work Details

I used to report to Pankaj Sindhi who is again a big mule and always showing that he is too busy with the work whereas he busy is setting his personal agenda

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
