Culture. My HOD used to pin point all the minor and major mistake and used to tell me about them in public. I was initially ok with it but eventually I found other people doing the same mistake and her attitude towards them was so polite and also suggestions were given to them in private not like how publicly I was insulted. Also once she gave feedback even without looking at my work and then when I confronted her about it she tried proving her point but eventually failed. Lot’s of politics. Salary is terrible. Working hours are always extended. If you finish your work early, you end up doing someone else’s work (who is favoured by the management) The notice period is the worst. They torture you terribly during this time period.
