Truthfully, there is no dignity for a teacher, infact if you even know that education imparted in that school was wrong u need to keep quite or else they will insult you infront of the students. In short if you are ready to be servant then go for it.

They want to overuse the teacher's skill.They give less pay as they give work load. No any proper system is there in school for teachers. Very bad school I have ever seen even worked with more than 5 schools.

i m a school librarian currently I working in this school awadh Environment & culture is very nice & all teachers are supportive & management are also good they give good salary every month without diduction .

Management of this institution is very transparent and teammate are very supportive , best things of this for this school,they never tries to replace any of their smart and hard work employees.

About dislike is only for this, politics is part of every management so if you can handle every situation so you wouldn't feel it ever but if you'll take personally so definitely you're going to loose it.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
