There’s no Job security At the company. Any time you may ask to leave the company. HR and management are least concerted about the the career of the employee. Despite of handling the good of work management will say the person don’t have work and fire them.

Young, dynamic Labour force... Good co-operation... there's something for everyone...Still in growth phase..has great potential!

Lack of planning and proper direction from top. Getting up the ladder can be difficult! Need to be proactive as all are very competitive on the floor!

Work Details

During deadlines..gets too much hectic. Weekends are off....however many times during to cover up for work load..work needs to be done on few Saturdays. Working hours stretch beyond normal hours for most days.. and no overtime is paid.
