Kal mujhe pta chla ki Mr. Sonu Dev ( Design Manager ) in 2021. wapis aa gya hai. Mai iss aadmi k bare mey kuch batana chahta hu ki mai jab waha kaam krta tha design department mey isne waha ka environment spoil kr rakha tha. Bas iska dhyan ladkiyo pr raihta hai. Iski wajah se mujhe waha se nikala gya tha. Ye bas apne aap ko hi designer samajhta hai. Baki har kisi ko bas nikalwane or bharkane mey lga raiha hai. Kisi na kisi tarah bas chugli krta raihta tha. Har time politics krta tha. Balki isko design manager banaya kisne isko aata kya hai. Bas chugli krna ladkiyo ko raadha. Iss bande mujhe company se nikalata tha sirf ek ladki k piche. Wo ladki bhi kam nahi thi usko bhi kuch nahi aata. Kaam hmse karwati thi naam apna leti thi. Auxein has lot of learning opportunities. There are many new products getting developed in Spine, Orthopedic Implant, Instruments etc. Auxein has latest licenses in Solid-works and other mechanical tools and software. Salary is always paid on time.

Isko kuch aata hoga tbhi ye kaam kr paega na. Lekin kuch aata hi nahi hai isko toh hme kya batata. Bas ye ghumata raihta tha. Kitni baar bhi puchh lo isse isko kuch pta hi tha. Bas dekhta rahega or share market khelta rakhta tha. Dhyan market mey hoga toh kaam kaise hoga. Pushpa Lulput, This man is very good, He knows everything, when to apply oil on whom and when to abuse whom. I left this company but let me tell you that the politics in this company is very bad. Anyone can be fired at any time. And last but not least all director level guys makes crazy and fool to owner or investors.

I left this company due to frustration, but I feel the owner show know about the new head, Pushpa. This person lacks basic manners and speaks disrespectfully to others, Specially towards female employees. He only points out the problems without offering the solutions and constantly criticizes the company owner and regulations whilepraising his previous one. If this is continues the company may face serious issues, and he will eventually leave, just like he did with his last job. 1. Disrespect of employee. 2. Behavior with staff and operators. 3. Harpreet, who has recently been reappointed as the deputy general manager. In my experience, Harpreet is not capable of fullfiling the responsibility of this role. His primary approach to communication is too shout. And he lacks the necessary technical skills, Additionally he doesn't understand when and how to speak appropriately indifferent situations. His behaviour has turned the workplace into a chaotic environment, reminiscent of a fish market. Due to these issues, many employees including myself have choosen to leave the company.
