This is the best compny for fresher those who wanted their career in process automation servuce industry. U will get really continue project. No will be on bench. Compny has 3 department scada, software and embedded If want to switch the department u can easily switch to your intrest. Salary will be very good after one year. Overall really good compony for fresher upto 2 years

Dislikes

Only sunday off. no any party No PF.

Work Details

I worked here from last 1.6 year with very great opportunities i also switch the department from scada to embedded department.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
