Travels :- Company Has giving Traveling Facility from home to Company.

Job Security:- Here is not job security. Company management can terminate any employee any time without reason. last date 27.05.18 10 nos employee terminated , the reason are company is in loss. last year also done same. Company has giving overload in his working.

Work Details

I was sr quality engineer in Company. Only one engineer. Giving me overload look Inprocess / final quality and making all documents .also handling department. In charge has no any knowledge about quality. Overload given to me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
