Good to start a career with, can work here for 2 Years as the First year after engineering you will get a position of GET thenafter on year you'll be promoted as Jr. Executive/ Executive depending upon your performance. you'll be on probation for an year then a confirmed employee as permanent. you'll get eligible to get everyother benefit as Med, Lta, Bonus etc

The pressure is enormous and growth is very slow, shouldn't work more then 2 years if you are starting your career here.

My team leader Parthivan sir is a very good person and he helped always to all trainees . There have no problems of salary, travelling. Work Environment also good because the relationship between employers and employees are very professional.

I'm working there as Graduate Engineer Trainee in SKD area as a junior engineer in the production department. I'm learning there how to make side boards, tail door, head boards and floor settings and fully welding according to drowning.
