I found that this place was overstaffed and there was no way a newcomer could get important roles in the finance department. There was lack of proper onboarding process and a newcomer felt like a fish out of water. I found that there was abnormally high pressure to behave in a certain way or you were ostracized. I found that there were no employee benefits like PF,ESIC or paid leaves.
