The environment is not suitable for growth. The colleagues are very supportive and helpful. There is no culture in doing work. No innovations, No creativity, No new ideas. Just repeat the work whatever is done in earlier projects. There in no job security at all. During this difficult times of COVID-19 company has reduced it's manpower. Around 20-25 people lost their job. They have directly been told to leave the company. No salary reduction or any other options given. This has happened 2-3 times earlier also....Read More

The growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. 10 hr. working per day is common. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. Actually there is an absolute chaos in the design department where I used to work. There is a severe leadership crisis in the organisation. The designers do not have budget awareness of project. As mentioned work culture is good,there is no offensive language used. Work appreciate is not there but overall people and management are good.

While executing project, designer has to visit site as and when required. It gives a good exposure to see the practical problems at site.

Dislikes

No job security. Dirty office politics by senior members. Many good and capable people left the company because of certain person. But management didn't take any action. They say that they don't have anybody to take his place. Really????
