I liked the learning part in the organization.There is a lot of things that you can learn while getting different tasks from the seniors side.

Dislikes

As most of the staff members are here older in age so it becomes sometimes hard for newcomers to attaract with them positively.Sometimes it becomes hard too to get them through some new ideas.Also from the point of growth and compensation,the company is slow.

Work Details

Generally my work is at customer side along with process quality so it become always a challenge for me to get through all issues at customer end.It becomes hectic for me whenever sometimes i doesn't get support from the organization side.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
