I liked the learning part in the organization.There is a lot of things that you can learn while getting different tasks from the seniors side.

...hem positively.Sometimes it becomes hard too to get them through some new ideas.Also from the point of growth and compensation,the company is slow.

This is a owner driven company and systems are only on paper. A bunch of few favourites of owner Mr. M.P. Gupta makes him fool all the day and Engineers have to run pillar to post to complete owner's unrealistic wishes.
