Micromanagent is the first thing False accusations towards employees (projecting as a bad person personally not professionally) Psychological harassment Fake promises Expecting good work results but distorted goals No training for freshers It's fake salary what they have provided in the website. No proper process for anything. Enforce the huge bond amount on employees by doing false promises at the time of joining. The quality of Traning is not good and also they provide false information to the participants. No proper team ,no proper platform for skill development. No good work only good for part-time review activities.
