Autodesk is a company who cares for their employees. Work culture is tremendous. I would recommend to work here at least once in your life time.

I have a fixed morning shift with fixed week offs. I have flexible work hours. To my knowledge there a only few companies who can give fixed shift with fied week offs in a customer facing environment. I am 100% satisfied with my company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
