There is nothing that you can like in this company.

Dislikes

Its a very poorly managed company. The owners don't give a crap about employees. The salaries are always delayed for almost 2 months and if any employee asks for it, the owners give ridiculous answers (Eg: Did you take our permission before buying something expensive? No, so don't come asking for salary) There is a lot of politics and favourisim among the higher ups. There is no coordination between any departments whatsoever. Dislikes

Its a very poorly managed company. The owners don't give a crap about their employees. The salary is not paid in time it is delayed for two months and if any employee asks about it so that they can pay bills, owner's replies are ridiculous (Eg- Did you take our permission before buying something so expensive. Now don't come asking for salary). There is a lot of politics and favourism among the higher ups. No coordination between any of the departments whatsoever. This affects the staff working under them. There is no limit to overtime in this company and no benefits of overtime as well. Overall it is one of the worst companies that you may come across with....Read More
