Dislikes

Employees who are working here since long time and seniors think they are boss himself. Do chugalkhori, do chamchagiri of manager to make him happy. If he is happy you will get good increments, incentives, etc. Full on politics here, if able to do all these you are fit for the company. Manager himself is very interested in this, taking all news on phone kidhar kya ho raha hai from his favourite female teamleader jo khud aage badhne aur increments ke liye kitna bhi gir sakti hai. Manager bhi uske against single word nhi sun sakta loves her more than his wife aur Jain hone ka showoff karta rahega sabke samne. No CL, PL, SL mail aayega holidays ka to bhi block days ke sath so that you cannot plan anything to go out with your family or plan something. Not following PF or gratuity rules. They can hire 2 fresher people for 15k-20k each with no knowledge but will not give 10K increment to a person who can do these 2 people work alone and who deserve this. Come on time to office if late marked latemark and get half day salary but expecting that employees should not go to home on time do overtime seating that also without anything not even tea or refreshments.
