It is a typical Owner driven company, there are no ethics, morale, no work culture, no one is open to feedback, not an ideal organization for women to work for sure.

Teammates: There is no team activity, no body cares about their team everybody is in mad rush of hiring, achieving target. Training: Company does not spend anything on training or skill development Job Security: Fired people like anything during pandemic career Growth: they would prefer hiring a new member at higher package and designation rather promoting their employees who work hard. there is no recognition Salary/Appraisal: Salary is delayed every month, no Fix date when salary is credited.
