It's totally head place to work, the working environment is totally dump. Lot of head ache without any reason or work. Managing level staff is not at all professional, No knowledge of work . Just they need #YES PEOPLE, Always need to say yes without any logical reason.

Management are not at all professional. They make the work environment totally di oxidised. They suck the people who has good skills..

Worst working with the management, because they don't have HVAC knowledge. No salary package good after complete the contact. No motivational talk all the time ,thinking for management business only. Their is no matter even you give100% in your work. Company doesn't pay attention for this .over all no future working in this company.

1) Worst management 2) no value for workers 3) No use of working 4) No future 5) MANAGER ARE WORST IN HVAC KNOWLEDGE. 6) engineer ( SAJIN PILLA ) WORST KNOWLEDGE, USE FOR NOTHING. THIER ARE LOT OF ISSUES IN THIS COMPANY, REVIEW NOT USE WORK IN THIS COMPANY.
