It is a well managed company. But low cost china products from competitors are eating in to our profit.So in the near term salary appraisal may be affected.

Work Details

As a CGM my attention has to reach everywhere. Initially I had seen some toxic people(Gossip mongers,Leg pullers etc) but with constant attention and immediate solving of factory problems ,turn around was possible and people started liking each other.
