The growth of the company is good and turning out to be fast. The regulatory is so strong that we have many approvals in regulated markets.

Dislikes

Growth and appraisals are decent but they will offer you one job profile and after joining u will be doing something else and there is no appreciation given for extra hours working and pressure is at high level.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
