If Sri Aurobindo's ideals were about higher consciousness, harmony, and spiritual growth, then Auro University seems to have taken a U-turn into chaos, confusion and mediocrity. The management appears utterly clueless about what they preach and practice- spouting vague ideals while steering the institution into a swamp of incompetence. the Leadership here? Spineless. Most of the people at the helm don't deserve to be there. Decision making is arbitrary, driven more by personal whims than any coherent vision. The VC Parimal Vysa, infamous for his verbal diarrhoea, loves the sound of his own voice. I AM SORRY To SAY - he can go on hours, spouting shallow nonsense that ultimately circles down the drain, much like the university's hollow promises. Policies at Auro changes faster than the weather- one blink and there's a new rule, a new direction, often contradicting the last.
