i worked there as Engineer-Customer experience,i enjoyed the challenges while working creatively at client requirement. i liked the opportunity to sit down with project manager,listen to their ideas and requirements then build automation part. it was insightful going back and forth with the client tweaking the mock-up until both of us were on the same page. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
