The company have been a waste ever since they started a yearly CCAT exam as performance metrix. Jobs can be gone in less than 6 months. Think twice before joining.

Dislikes

The company should use the existing resources rather hiring new ones. Also there's not even a single benefit as insurance, leave or anything. All the leaves are non paid time offs.

Very competitive pay for employees outside of us.

- No job security - continuous change in management’s decision - metrics driven company. Weekly metrics are evaluated and layoffs happen on quarterly basis. - No future direction. Organisation policy is to acquire new product, milk out customer and then put the product on stone mode. - No career growth
