Over the past year, I've had an amazing experience that started with internship and turned into a full-time role. During the internship, I got to work on real-time products, which was a great hands-on learning experience. The company culture and team was incredibly supportive, and my manager has been a huge part of that. He's reallyunderstanding and flexible,always ready to support me whenever I need it. The company also encourages exploring new paths and learning opportunities, which has been a great motivator for my growth. My seniors were always there to guide me, and even as a fresher, I has the chance to work on the client projects and communicate directly with clients. This experience halped me grow both technically and in my communication skills. After finishing my internship, I was offered a full-time position. In this new role, I've taken on more responsibility and continue to learn and contribute to different projects. It's been a fantastic journey, and I'm exited for what's next!!...Read More

- Some time you are stuck in some project where you are working in a really small team or alone. So for that time you don't get to learn from peers. But that's not always, since you can ask in 1:1 and for mopst people project are changed as well upon requesting
