THE COMPANY IS OPEN TO PROGRESSIVE SUGGESTIONS & IS GENERALLY HONEST & STRAIGHT FORWARD. THE COMPANY HAS THEIR OWN C.H.A. LICENSE WHICH IS ADVANTAGEOUS. THE CO. HAS A MODERATELY LARGE STAFF WHO ARE CO OPERATIVE & WILLING TO LEARN. I ALSO APPRECIATE THE FAIR DEALING WITH EMPLOYEES GENERALLY.

GROWTH IS SLOW. THE OWNERSHIP & SENIOR STAFF SEEM TO HAVE VERY LITTLE OR NO KNOWLEDGE OF C.H.A RULES / REGULATIONS WHICH IS INVITING TROUBLE. WHATEVER FOLLOW UP / FINISHING TOUCHES ARE GIVEN ARE SELDOM APPRECIATED.
