All of us from support functions are working from home even now in December. We have separated work areas with different colour coding and no one from one area enters the other area without permission from the respective area champion. Lunch timings are staggered. Number of seats reduced to ensure people maintain adequate distance.These are examples. We have so many other measures which makes one comfortable at this tough time. No job loss, no pay cut.
