I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

im not say worst, but not good in all job securuty, management, company policies, i thought they not implement any union/employee rules,

*salaries is not credit in time and no particular date. *usually education institutions are 7hours and Saturday half day, but here 9 all days Monday to Saturday *no holiday on any Saturday( 2nd or 4th) *no salary increments since 3years, *canteen facility

it has excellent nature around it but little difficult to reach the institution, by buses, autos, not have any convenient vehicles even road condition also very bad, its in remote place
