As an accountant growth is very very slow. There is scope but scope is allocated slow. Growth of an accountant is slow throughout everywhere I feel.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
