It was a very small office. Hardly 12-15 people when I joined. So, there was no politics. People were likeable. Mostly college freshers. For a fresher, it was good.

Dislikes

Salaries wouldn't happen until 20th-25th of each month. There is no job security. Unfair towards clients as the CEO took on more than he could chew. He would on-board 10-15 clients at a time when he knew he had the workforce to cater to only 2-3 clients. The work atmosphere was too casual. Employees were entitled Gen Z kids who had the 'I don't give a shit' attitude. The CEO was also not firm enough. Its a fraud organization. They don't pay salaries, cheat clients.. Completely fraudulent! They don't clear staff dues and play around with clients as well. Company owners have no knowledge about DM. They have a history of non payments with staffs only for the reason of No intention to clear pay.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
