Your workstation changes without your prior knowledge , they ask you to leave if someone close to the VP feels insecured by your knowledge , they would expect you to leave immediately without serving the notice period to even if they ask people to leave.half the office bays are empty as they want people to sit close to each other tosave electricity.you cant avail leaves ,they would want us to take planned leaves when we are sick which is not possible,but still grateful as I got the job when I needed money the money the most ....Read More

Work culture , management , no canteen facility of food supply anywhere even when it was already a year that the company opened at Bangalore they kept on calling them a startup and that they are unable to find a food vendor for employees.the benefits mentioned in the appointment letter are namesake.leaves that you take are counted as unpaid leaves by default.zero professionalism right from the VP to management .asking for work from home is like more than asking for leave as they can't deduct money so it's a straight no whereas as per the t n c we can't take 30 days wfh annually unquestionably....Read More
