Small cafeteria, onshore is passing backlog to complete which is open from last 4 years, COME HERE if you want to work like slave

There is nothing particular I like about this organization. Both cab facility is good. Food voucher facility is good.

The business premises is very remote. Job are insecure. Favoritism and toxic work culture. No promotion and future good Lack of management. Top management is very baised

I have learned a lot & am still learning so much while at my current job in JCI Pune. The management is supportive n great colleagues who support n always encourage to strive for aiming higher. All in all a great company if you hv a passion to learn .

Hmm . We need to standardize a few processes n have a resilience to take responsibility in time of emergencies

Female General Manager whose name starts with ST does not have any AR experience and is worst in people management skills and after multiple complaints nothing has happened against her so life will be great if you directly or indirectly do not report to her
