You just need to search for suitable higher positions, crack the interviews, and get placed within the group . You should stay a minimum of 2-3 years to be eligible to apply. They offer false promises of a promotion, hike, or transfer if you express a willingness to quit.no learning opportunities

No promotion. Favoritism of manager, diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.

Too much bossism in certain departments, the managerial level people has to be trained well to face the market with corporate standards. please do not fall for the car trap - CTC looks big ,but what comes inhand is micron.
