1. no leave till probation they will cut your pay, fresher probation period is 1 year. 2. no experience letter till you complete 5 years. 3. no work from home facilities. 4. company doesn't own software to work, have to do paper work and its very time taking, hectic process to do. 5. company's TL, HOD, VP don't know how to talk with the employee, they always harass and pressurizes you for the work. always said i will remove you from the company. please do not join the company if you want your mental health good....Read More
