For me this company is very good to the employees in regards to the Health and Safety..they provide relevant trainings

For me the only issue In regards to the status of the junior staff such as Foreman and Supervisor that have a family.. they don’t have a leave out Allowance such as transportation, housing allowance. That’s all Kentz is a Good Company.. Thank you..

Honestly I haven’t always found my job at Atkins more enjoyable . However I do appreciate the sense of security that comes With working here. Knowing that Job is stable and that I have reliable income important to me .

One aspect I dislike about Working at Atkins is the poor work life balance.since joining the company I’ve struggled to maintain my fitness routine which was significant part of my life before . I find it challenging to prioritise my workouts due to demanding workload and project deadlines.
